This package is for the couple that has a pretty good vision of what they are wanting, have already started the planning process, and are ready to sit back and enjoy this blissful engagement time. You have your venue secured and the majority of your vendors in place; we will step in and handle the rest of the details (with your consultation), as well as the Day of Coordination and Management. *Private Residence
Scope of Services:
Full “Day of Coordinating” services, including rehearsal. *
Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance.
Vendor/Venue Management: Referrals, consultations, overseeing vendor contracts for any vendors still needed. (Maximum of 2 outstanding vendor needs). Handle any necessary communication & payment deadlines between all vendors & venue. Manage vendor/venue set-up. Take care of any last minute details.
