Assistance with menu and cake selection and menu tasting
Invitations and RSVP management
Detailed costing to keep track of the wedding budget land updates as changes occur)
Organizing of final payments to venue and suppliers
Attendance and supervision at rehearsal
Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding.
This planning meeting will include Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, gifts, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
Full day services on your wedding day with main team members of 12 (twelve) persons
Attendance and the supervision on the Wedding Day, such as morning call, coordination with vendors, make up, holy matrimony, tea ceremony and the wedding
Reporting after reception includes number of guests, food stocks, photographs, souvenirs, etc.
1. 40% non-refundable deposit required at the booking and full payment prior to two weeks before your wedding day.
2. We accept no more than 2 events per day with booking confirmation based on first come first serve
