Wedding guests are welcome onsite day of event 3PM- 10:30PM
• Rehearsal
• On sight parking, staff to help assist and park guests day of event
• Clean up package
• Engagement Session 2 hours on ranch with your photographer.
• 1 Hour Ranch tour and free consultation
• Email access to experienced wedding coordinator/Day of coordination
• 1 hour meeting/walk thru with vendors, itinerary and finalize plans
• Rehearsal scheduled prior to event
• Natural Wooden Folding Chairs
• Choice of 6’ Rectangle Tables or 60” Round tables for guests
• 6’ Rectangle tables for food service, cake, place cards, guest sign in, etc.
• 3 Cocktail Tables 32” round 42” height
• Tables and chairs setup
• Floor length linens for tables, colors: light ivory or champagne (special colors available upon request)
• Place Settings for guests white silver detailed rim dinner plate, dessert plate, napkin, fork, knife, spoon, dessert fork, water goblet and champagne flute (additional patterns available)
