Our artists are top of the line musicians and entertainers, are friendly, courteous, professional and versatile, and will coordinate with your MC or planner to seamlessly add the perfect music and entertainment factor to your special day.

We are experts at setting the perfect, chill yet classy ambience over cocktails, canapes and dinner, then ramping up to electrifying and fun dance sets that will keep your guests smiling all the way home.

Our standard Wedding entertainment package includes:
4 piece wedding band (vocalist, drums, bass and guitar)
3 x 40min performance sets with rest breaks between sets (flexible within reason, to suit your running schedule)
song requests from our band song list (note: special requests for songs not already on our list are welcome, but may incur an extra cost to learn and rehearse)
MP3 music to maintain ambience during band breaks (you can provide your own, provided it is supplied on an ipod in a clear list with volume standardised to avoid sudden loud/soft tracks - we are happy to advise if you need assistance).
Basic production (PA and lighting) to suit a 4 piece band in a small to medium sized venue (up to 200 people)
consultation and coordination with your MC/venue/planner to ensure your event runs smoothly and to your preferred schedule
standard Public Liability Insurances (artists - additional to venue coverage)

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Package price is based on standard services above, and is limited to:
standard venue conditions such as ease of access (flat load or direct lift access), provision of free parking at venue
location within Sydney metro area
up to 200 guests
up to 5 hours performance time (including breaks)
repertoire from band known song list
Any variation on the standard service may incur additional costs, including:
travel outside Sydney metro
prepare/perform special song requests
additional equipment/band members as requested
additional PA/lights to cater for larger crowds or large/additional performance area(s)

HOW DOES IT WORK?
To give you an idea of what we do, wedding entertainment goes something like this:
Pre-Wedding ----
Initial consultation, booking and deposit
Continued consultation and coordination with you, MC/planner and venue to arrange entertainment according to your schedule and requests

On the day ----
Load in, meet MC/coordinator
Set up of equipment and sound check up to 2 hours prior to guests arrival
Performance time (up to 5 hours), starting from first band set (eg. guests entering room) to band finish (eg. at couple "farewell"). Our band leader will continue to liaise with your coordinator or MC to make sure everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy your night without a worry!
Final payment to be made prior to, or on the night, as arranged

PAYMENT

We accept:
- direct deposit (will forward invoice with banking details and conditions on booking confirmation)
- cash (paid in full prior to, or to band leader on the night)

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Cancellation by client up to 4 weeks prior to event (25%)
- Cancellation by client within 4 weeks of event (50%)
