Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days of your lives and as a Couple you deserve to be the Centre of Attention without having to worry about vendors, guests, etc. Planning a Wedding is a huge process that takes the average couple over 250 hours to get all of the fine details just right to make your Dream Wedding a Reality! We have already done all the research and know what needs to be planned and how long in advance to avoid complications. With our Full Wedding Planning Service you work directly with a Certified Wedding Planner to develop your Wedding in every way possible and use our knowledge to your advantage. We are literally with you every step of the way! We take over all the stress and can be as involved as you need us to be in every aspect of the wedding. Our goal is to help you achieve your Perfect Dream Wedding, on budget and as stress-free as possible! This service includes but is not limited to:
- We create a budget outline and allocation for the different aspects of your wedding, along with budget management.
- We help develop your Wedding Vision and create a Wedding Theme and execute it through attire, vendors, decor, food, etc.
- We create a Custom Wedding Itinerary and Timeline for you to complete.
- We create a Custom Vendor Database for you to choose from and arrange meetings with vendors, review contracts and attend meetings as necessary.
- We arrange hotel and transportation for your out of town guests.
- We use our creative expertise to recommend on decor, centrepieces, favours, etc.
- We attend your Wedding Rehearsal and can go over everything if an Officiant is not present.
- We provide etiquette lessons to you and your Wedding Party.
- We are On-Site and provide direct supervision for your Wedding Ceremony and Reception Set-Up to ensure it meets your standards.
- We are in constant communication with all Vendors to make sure deliveries and set-ups are all on time.
- We become the direct contact for all your Vendors, so you are never disturbed throughout your Celebrations unless absolutely necessary.
- A Certified Wedding Coordinator will attend your Wedding Day along with Assistant(s) according to your wedding size.
- Each Certified Wedding Coordinator and Assistant that attends your wedding will come equipped with an Emergency Kit ready to take on any unforeseen circumstances.
- We are there to help out with any last minute details for your big day.
- We are available to you all the time and will consult with you on anything you need!
