Knot Too Shabby Events will research and call vendors, visit sites, and suggest creative ideas so you can have the wedding of your dreams without the stress that too often accompanies the wedding planning itself! **This package also includes all items provided in the “Month Of Wedding Planning Package**

Knot Too Shabby Full Wedding Planning Package Includes:
Initial consultation with the bride and groom
Unlimited phone and email availability
At least three wedding planning meetings between couple and wedding planner
Help preparing and understanding the wedding budget
Preparation of a wedding schedule/timeline and checklists
Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of wedding ceremony and reception venues
Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)
Wedding etiquette advice
Unlimited access to entire rental inventory of Knot Too Shabby Events
Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per vendor category

Ongoing updates and consultation with the bride and groom about vendors’ services/products

Final timelines prepared the week before the wedding
Final consultation with vendors the week before the wedding
Final meeting covering all details with the bride and groom. This two-hour planning meeting (sometimes split into 2 smaller meetings) will include:
Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
Going over the placement of wedding items to be set-up on wedding day (candles, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, photographs, guest books, table numbers, programs, seating cards, etc.)

Rehearsal:
Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiate) of the wedding rehearsal
Final meeting before or after the rehearsal to go over any final details and placement of
wedding items to be set-up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.

Wedding Day:
Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours)
Providing wedding emergency kit (safety pins, hairspray, tape, basic first aid kit, scissors, deodorant, floral repair supplies, bleach pen, sewing kit, etc.)
Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up as planned
Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed
Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
Helping wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
Helping photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
Making sure everything is running on schedule
Making sure all vendors receive final payments, as needed
Coordinating the collection of gifts received at wedding to be delivered to pre-arranged location
Overseeing breakdown and making sure that all gifts, cards, decorations and rentals are where they need to be at the end of the night
Making sure transportation is running on time
Making sure that the Event Staff, Photographer, DJ or Band and the Bride and Groom are all in the loop as to what they can expect and when so that there are no surprises and no one misses anything important.
Preventing and fixing any problems that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure
Providing a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom and their families!
