On-the-day planning and management for 150 guests

On-The-Day Planning and Management Package Rate: (150 guests for 4 wedding coordinators, additional Php1000 and 1 wedding coordinator for every 50 guests thereafter) Our involvement commences two (2) months before the date of your wedding. You will be asked to turnover all contracts you have made with the suppliers you have hired. This ensures that we are briefed and knowledgeable of your expectations and can ensure that details are listed and plans go smoothly. This means that all plans and contracts must be in place before turnover. We, in turn, will re-confirm all your final plans and coordinate with your suppliers. A week or two before your wedding date, we will call a meeting with your suppliers for final coordination. This service includes: Unlimited wedding consultation over phone and email, as well as three (3) meetings with the Couple Contract turn-over of suppliers and initial wedding plans for polishing, confirmation and execution Provision of checklist to ensure that all pre-wedding preparation has been completed Oversee time management for day of wedding, including provision of time table to bride and groom and members of the wedding party Double check all wedding paraphernalia and requirements Follow-ups, finalization and coordination of plans with all of the suppliers, ceremony venue and reception venue Assist the clients during the preparations as well as coordinate with suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of preparations and set up Guest management for the ceremony and reception Assists the couple in the planning and sequencing of the program Assists and remind the participants and entourage of their roles – Church and Reception Settle the balance and bills with the suppliers Wrap-up and turn-over all accessories / materials to the clients On the day itself, we will be at your reception venue five (5) hours before the ceremony to be able to oversee set-up, attend waiter’s briefing and preparations. We will assist in your preparations and pictorials, organize the items needed for the ceremony as well as manage the logistics for the church ceremony. During the reception, we will be there to receive your guests and to seat members of your entourage and VIPs. We will oversee the flow of the program and assist the Bride and Groom in their needs for the evening. We will distribute your giveaways and favors to the entourage. We will also help in managing any food items added to the menu, execute a systematic collection of gifts and in culling all materials for safe keeping and mementos, as well as organize the packing of any leftover food items. We will also assist in bill clean up to end your evening stress free. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Turnover planning and management for 150 guests

Turnover Planning and Management Package: Rate: (150 guests for 4 wedding coordinators, additional 1000 and 1 wedding coordinator for every 50 guests thereafter) + 2 hours Photo Booth with unlimited prints OR Hair and Make Up for 2 persons Our involvement commences from your signing of our contract or 4-6 months prior to your wedding date. Upon turnover, we assume that a theme or general look has been established for your wedding day. For this package, it is expected that you have already chosen, discussed, negotiated with, and signed the contracts for at least 6 of your major suppliers. As such, our planners will only be responsible for canvassing for not more than 3 major suppliers and minor suppliers, as well as coordinating follow-up meetings with all your suppliers. Major suppliers include ceremony venue, reception venue, caterer, videographer, photographer, event stylist, jeweller, bridal coutourier, groom's tailor, and entourage coutourier. This service includes but is not limited to: Unlimited phone and email consultation regarding third party suppliers Recommendations regarding sourcing and selection of suppliers Canvassing, sourcing, selection and booking of credible suppliers for: 3 Major suppliers (see above) All secondary suppliers Follow-ups, coordination with all suppliers Guest Management: RSVP, Lay-out of seating arrangement and receiving of guests Time Management Coordinate with bride & groom, together with suppliers and wedding party to formulate a time table for your day, from breakfast to closing the party Assistance during preparations and set-up Program Management Finalization and over-all coordination of all plans and details Execution of wedding day plans For the day of your wedding/celebration, our responsibilities will include all those listed in our Day Coordination package.
