The Simply Elegant package includes: Registered Civil Marriage Celebrant to ensure all legals are met An hour of professional photography (100 hi-res images) Beautiful bridal hair and makeup at your hotel Stunning bridal bouquet and buttonhole for the groom The best part about this package is you can add to it - add cake, transport ... you name it! You can be married almost anywhere in Australia - our Head Office is on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland so we always suggest you marry here because we have the best beaches and hinterland Australia has to offer.

This is for couples who don't want to be part of a Pop-Up Wedding but also don't want the hassle or stress of a full wedding. This includes up to 12 guests, fully styled and themed, legal ceremony, cake, bouquet, photographer and toasting champagne, plus your choice of dates and venue from our venue partners. Please note that alternative venues are available at an additional cost.

This package will assist you in fine tuning the style and vision for your day, bringing all the finer details together. We will meet to discuss the ideas you have for you day, including any suppliers you may have already booked to date including your venue. From there we will compile the concept for your special day including colour schemes, hire pieces, floral design, tablescapes, lighting design and stationery inspiration. This package includes complete styling of you event. All third party hire fees are not included in this cost, however we will assist in sourcing third party hire pieces at industry rates.

Perfect package for the DIY bride! If you have spent hours collecting, making & personalising the decor, styling & theming for your big day - congratulations, you have done all the hard work! But if you are now left wondering who is going to set it all up on the big day, you can leave that part to Rose Events. For price/hour I can collect all required elements from a specified location & transport them to your ceremony or reception venue. I will then undertake meticulous set-up of these elements to your exact requirements. If required, & for an additional fee, I can return to the venue at the end of your ceremony or reception to pack all elements back down. I can also facilitate delivery of these items back to you the day after your wedding - leaving you carefree & able to relax after the big day!

Full On-the-day Coordination is perfect for the couple who have done all the planning but need someone to help pull it all together in the final few weeks. My expertise lies in my ability to pull together everything that you have planned so far & compile it into an extremely detailed run sheet. This run sheet will not only act of my guide on your wedding day, it is also the perfect tool to cross check that there are no double ups with timings or details that have been missed. This package includes 8 hours of my presence on your wedding day to complete tasks such as managing your timelines, ceremony/reception set-up, running errands, ushering guests, managing you AV requirements, proactively problem solving any issues that arise & more! Communication via phone, email & face-to-face with the bride & groom in the weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure I can complete a detailed run sheet which I will follow to the letter on your wedding day. Package costs are subject to your exact requirements & will be calculated after detailed discussions of your requirements. Package size & exact requirements can be reduced or expanded as required. Costs will be adjusted accordingly in either direction. Pack down services for your reception venue are also available for an additional cost. Delivery of packed down theming & styling items for the following day can also be arranged.
