Hi! Congratulations! Do you need catering? We do not have a preferred list, but we have some great recommendations. Our Venue includes the following: Inside and Outside Areas with Cabana and Lounge Seating Tables (Round and Rectangle) We have black linens too. Chairs (White Padded Folding) Sound System (you just need and ipod, phone or computer) Dj lighting Individual use photo booth 2 Staff Members and Security Clean up The cost for our venue including all above. I can discount it for you :-) We do not have any sound ordinance, so music can be both inside and outside. Parking available. Our only rules on decorating is no holes, no paint and no glitter. As for Alcohol, we have to be exclusive on this due to licensing. We are very flexible with pricing to make the celebration fun and affordable. Our pricing is as follows... Full Bar (top shelf included) $12 per person 1st hour $11 per person 2nd hour $10 per person every continuing hour Beer, Wine and Spirits $10.00 per person 1st hour $9.00 per person 2nd hour $8.00 per person every continuing hour Beer and wine $8.00 per person 1st hour $7.00 per person 2nd hour $6.00 per person rest of hours Or Cash Bar - People pay for their own. Price for first 3 hrs + $65 for each additional hr. No charge for local travel (within 20 miles) or setup/breakdown time. DJ/Disco lights (optional): $40 extra per event. Fog machine (optional): $15 extra per event. Additional two subwoofer cabinets (two dual-18" subs cabinets that are 1500 watts RMS each; needed only for larger rooms and 50+ guests where you want thumping base that you can feel in your teeth): $100 extra per event. $50 deposit request (via check, PayPal or Venmo).
