We offer the use of our venue from 10am-10pm on your wedding day. This includes full access to the Maplehurst Farm party barn, brides dressing room, grooms cottage, kids playhouse, playground, and 3 acres of lawn for all your favorite yard games. We can accommodate groups of up to 225 seated inside the barn but do host larger groups in the summer if needed. We have several beautiful areas to host your dream wedding ceremony, our old growth trees and gardens are an ideal backdrop for your special day. Our barn is equipped with a projector, dvd player, sound bar, numerous decor all included with our venue price.

All day rental from 10 am to 1 am. $500 cleaning and damage deposit (refundable). Capacity 150 upstairs, 80 downstairs. Decoration, food, drinks, flowers, cake, music are not included. 150 chairs (total) and 25 tables (total) included. Possibility to rent for additional price plates, glasses, silverware, curtains, sound system, band and etc. Payments: preferable cash, money order or cashier check. We are a wedding and event venue that is open from June 1 to September 30th. However, we provide venue tours, by appointment, the entire year. We are limited to a capacity of 150, which would include the wedding party and guests. The following is available for the price : Wedding area with arbor and reception area with 36 ft x 60 ft covered and lighted pavilion for a 10 hour period on the day of the wedding (but we are fairly flexible with that time period). A 2 hour block of time for the rehearsal at a prior scheduled day and time. 15 - 72 inch round tables (fits 10 chairs per table) for reception area. 150 chairs for reception area and 145 chairs for wedding area. 4 - 30 in x 72 in rectangle tables for reception area and 4 - 30 in by 96 in rectangle tables for reception area. Changing rooms for the Bridal Party and Groom's Men. Trailer Restrooms (look like real restrooms inside). 10' x 20' Steel Frame Tan Canopy for Caterer. Children's play area. 6 full size oak wine barrels. Wood Bar. Chest freezer for ice storage (holds approx. six 20 lb bags of ice). Double-sided chalk board. 1 generator for the wedding area and 2 generators for the reception area. Trash receptacles with trash bags for the reception area. Plenty of parking.
