Located in a converted 1930s beach cottage,
Selanne Steak Tavern has 5,100 square
feet of upstairs and downstairs spaces that
comprise an elegant steakhouse dining room,
a handsome comfortable tavern bar, a lovely
outdoor patio, wine room and the opportunity
to convert spaces for private dining– all with
an upscale beach residential feel.
The restaurant is owned by hockey legend Teemu
Selanne, a 2007 Stanley Cup winner, NHL All-Star
player for the Anaheim Ducks and local Orange
County businessman Kevin Pratt. The kitchen is
helmed by Chef Joshua Severson, formerly of the
St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, who has
created an appealing contemporary American
Surf and Turf menu. Joshua Buckner is the general
manager and Jessenia Uvidia is the director of
events.
