This package is for the couple that is seeking professional guidance from the magic word… “YES!” until the “last dance” on your wonderful journey into marriage. We will support and guide you through budget planning, venue and vendor selection & management, design and décor selection (including layout and space set up), rental needs, timeline & checklist development and management, rehearsal coordination and management, and of course, day of wedding details, guest arrival and management, set up & clean up. We are with you every step of the way, you can trust us to achieve your vision!
Scope of services:
Budget planning: We will help you create a budget according to number of guests and wedding needs, vendor costs, ect. Assistance with Budget organization & management.
Venue & vendor selection & management: If you haven’t chosen your venue already, we will schedule appointments for venue tours & accompany you to help guide the venue “interview”. Knowing what questions to ask is key! We will provide you with vendor recommendations, attend any/all meetings with clients & vendors; handle all necessary communication between client & vendor. Manage vendors, during day of, via timeline and checklists. *Clients are responsible for all vendor payments.
Menu selection: Food allergies? Gluten free request? Vegetarian requests? Buffet? Plated? We will help you design your menu to meet all of your needs.
Design & décor selection: Assistance with theme, & design choices, knowledge of the most current trends. We will help you create your “vision” with the most original ideas possible. Venue design, including head table, and guest table layout. Dance floor/DJ placement, cake table, guest book table and any additional décor.
Rental needs: If you can envision your ceremony/reception style and décor, we will guide you through out the rental process! In addition to what the venue provides, we will suggest, and assist with décor choices (linens, glassware, flatware, plate ware), larger rentals needs (tables, chairs, lighting). We will streamline the process and guide you through the quantities, site lay-out design and pick up/delivery arrangements.
Scope of services:
Timeline & checklists develop and management: Help with the development of a timeline for the Day of, managing vendors & coordinating with photographers to keep everyone on task. (Also re-adjusting if needed). Help create & manage checklists through out wedding planning process to make sure that no detail is left out.
Wedding rehearsal coordination and management: Coordinate with venue to schedule rehearsal time. Organize wedding party, coordinate with Officiant, lead rehearsal, trouble shoot any challenges.
Provide you with helpful documents, such as checklists, gratuity guidelines, and etiquette assistance.

Day of Coordination & management:

Coordinate with venue to assure proper set up of tables, chairs, dance floor, bar, DJ, additional tables for guest book, pictures, ect.
Supervise all vendor set up to guarantee your weddings overall design and direction is achieved.
Handle all set up of additional décor including; table décor (runners, overlays, candles, table numbers, centerpieces) guest table, additional bar set up (napkins, straws, menu) pictures, frames, escort cards, cake table set up and design, seating chart, programs, ceremony set-up.
Apply all finishing touches.
Greet guests, helping ushers seat guests.
Wedding party management: making sure wedding party has boutonnieres and bouquets. Lining up wedding party, cueing ceremony musician/DJ/Officiant.
Timeline management (Ceremony, bride/groom/bridal party announcement, dinner announcement, first dance, toasts/speeches, cake cutting).
Make sure that all of your gifts and cards are secure, and placed with your choice of custodian
Handle all cleanup of personal décor and assure that everything is returned properly and safely.
Coordinate rental companies needs for pick up and delivery.
