*Holidays are charged at the Saturday rate and include: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Catering and Liquor Catering
Liquor and Beverage is supplied by off-site vendors. You may use your own, or choose from our list. All liquor must be served by a licensed vendor. No outside liquor is allowed.
Chapel Rental Rates
Fee waived with all-day venue rental, 50% discount with half-day rental.
Rental includes: use of the Ready-Room Bridal Suite for 2 hours (extra time can be added upon availability for an additional fee) Officiant, Photographer, Ceremony Music, Standard Floral Décor, Choice of Podium, Rehearsal the Day Before (based on availability) One extra hour of site time included when you book the Chapel.

Capacities of Each Venue
All spaces, with the exception of the indoor hall, are variable due to the outdoor nature of the venues. Each space can become expansive or more intimate for your particular guest count based on the seating layout, dance floor, cocktail area, ceremony area, covered area and how you utilize your space.
If you are unable to tour the property in person, we can send you the layout with square footage and dimensions to help you to decide.

The Pink Chapel Estate facility rental fees are based on a three-hour event for one venue location of your choice. Also included is 1 additional hour with Chapel rental, and 2 extra hours for Hair & Makeup in Bridal Suite. Additional reception hours may be purchased per-hour based on The Estate’s event schedule. The Pink Chapel Estate offers set-up and break-down of our tables and chairs at no charge. You are responsible for cleaning the venue immediately after the event to avoid a $400 cleaning fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to hold your date and time.
